Since 2007, Ron has specialized in Industrial Real Estate brokerage in the greater Los Angeles areas. Ron's experience includes Landlord and Tenant Representation; Buyer and Seller Representation and Investments Sales. He has extensive knowledge working with Owner User's in the Garment, Import/Export, and Food related industries. He is also knowledgeable about the various zoning regulations in the different municipalities, and the environmental related issues which may affect the sale of industrial property. To date, Ron has leased and sold over a million square feet of Industrial space, and averages 15‐20 transactions per year. Ron is also well known throughout the brokerage community and is a principal himself in several industrial real estate holdings.
